Sign Up for Paperless W-2s & 1099s

Once you connect your profile in myEP you can also access
up to three years of past tax statements.

STEP 1

REGISTER

Go to my.ep.com to sign in or register for an EP Account. (Please review all four steps before registering.)

STEP 2

CONNECT

Connect your payroll profile in myEP. Learn how and which documents you will need to complete the steps to go paperless.

STEP 3

OPT-IN

In myEP, click “My Pay” in the screen header, select “Annual Tax Statements” and then click the “Go Paperless for W-2s" button.

STEP 4

FINISH

Follow the step-by-step wizard to complete the process. On the final step, click “Finished” and that’s it!

You will receive an email confirmation after you have completed the process.

Check your account ⁠status anytime from myEP. Go to My Account > Settings > Pay Preferences > W-2 Delivery Preferences.
